The cherry on the cake at this hotel is the local chef who expertly combines African and Italian specialties. The flavors were cleverly mixed, delighting my palate and leaving me satisfied like a lion after a successful hunt.

I had a great time staying at this B&B during my trip. the breakfast and dinner were of a good quality and served with a smile. the owners were also particularly friendly, always ready and willing to share their love for the country and to help guests make the most of their stay by arranging activities.

That the price was a bit on the high side if compared to other B&Bs I stayed in during my SA trip. Nevertheless, the location was perfect for those wanting to experience Kruger National Park and the B&B itself was very charming and offered adequate privacy.

The location of the guesthouse is superb, right off the Phalaborwa gate of Kruger Park, making it an ideal base for visiting the park even if you're not staying inside. the guesthouse is conveniently situated next to a shopping complex, providing easy access to any necessities you may need.

The lack of a chef on Monday and Tuesday nights resulted in a disappointing dining experience for some guests.

there was no kettle in our room, and only one person on duty who was not able to help us with this. We had to walk a long distance to get to the outdoor area, which was advertised as being close to our room.

This hotel is situated in an outstanding location as it is near a shopping complex and restaurants. the proximity to Kruger Park can't be beaten. the service is of the highest standard and breakfast couldn't be better. the rooms are spotless and have air conditioning. the hotels' beautifully kept gardens and pool provide a tranquil atmosphere.

One of the issues that visitors might face is the limited dishes on the set menu.

Positive aspects of my stay at this guesthouse include the personal, warm and friendly service, the cleanliness and peacefulness of the place, delicious food, and the overall attention to detail. The owners, Barbara and Paulo, were exceptional hosts and the story behind the name of the guesthouse added a special touch. The location was also convenient, being close to the Kruger National Park.
